The sports lited in this section at one time were interscholastic sports at one or more of the Minneapolis High Schools. Some lasted only one school year.  Others for a short period of time.  Others were in existance for a long period (50 years).

Usually, these sports did not last is because of a lack of interest.  It is possible that there were other reasons for their demise.
